History

IPTAUS-IIAUS is born in Poland after a long time unofficial collaboration with several entities in occasion of European frontiers opening and thanks to European Constituion which have broght to public what was classified only for operators in Police and Security operators.
This has been possible thanks to technical and operative support given by very famous persons in Martial and Military environment.

This association is strictly operative in International cooperation of Police and Military forces, it works in several countries of Europea Union, in Eastern Europe countries and also in other continents. Its structure is formed by a technical directive composed by expert Officials, Agents and Representative in specific military and public security sectors.

Iptaus programs and carried out courses reserved to public security operators, military forces, special police forces and in separated session also to civil persons who works in public security and anticrime.

Formation

Master Paolo Colla from 1986 is officially consultant and teacher for training and specialization of public security operators  in anticrime operative tactics. The continuous operativity carried out near the Police Departement over associated countries, where Paolo Colla worked over 21 years, has given him to achieve a prestigious goal: he is estimated as one of the most authoritative and valid teacher in public security.
Now he is the Commissario Maggiore at IPTAUS-IIAUS Police. Master Paolo Colla works as international teacher for formation and preparation in special team specialized in first participation, he also manage diplomatic relationship and organization.

Iptaus gives the possibility to become a member (associate, operative or supporter) to everyone who asks it  with category subdivision as Police, Miliraty, Private or Public Security.

Every day spent in National and International training is registered in a Personal Pass Card, after 2 years the amount of point achieved will be calculated in order to access to 1st level instructor graduation.

International stages (partecipation required minimun two times per year) are an important occasion for learing new technics because the difficulty to overpass in training sessions, as those are carried out in different countries, are completely out of normal training in Italy. During those stages often happen to be involved in simulated situation very far from ordinary reality both in conception and formulation of training, this kind of experience help people to achieve a strong self control in critical situation.

To know foreign laws help to understand why in those countries there is a strong way to repress criminality, in total respect of people rights.
