History
Born in 1954, he is surely not too known by younger pratician of Martial Arts, but famous to those which have lived the moments of revolution in karate and in the renaissance of JuJitsu in 70's and 80's since early 90's. Those well know what Paolo Colla means about hard work made to perfection target.
He began his Martial Arts knowledge since late 60's under the technical guide of Master Gianni Rossato, this has been for Paolo a person like a father for morre than 16 years in American Style Karate Goju and in JuJitsu practice. After with Master Peter Urban 10 Dan fouder of Goju USA.
Thank to his presence in Italian National Karate Team, he spent several years on tatami in Italy and all over Europe. The experiences lived and the unstopped research of more knowledge brougth him to broke with his Master because of personal character.
In the 1986, after he became Operative Coordinator of Military Police of SETAF in Vicenza, he began the career of teacher and delegated representative for some of most famous international martial arts organizations and also he had acted as coordinator of Police forces.
After his contribute in creating of several federations in Italy, he decided to develop his knowledge by practicing around the world, working with humility with those Masters which had been for him the most important change in his life about the research of the technic. The most important are:

Currently he is in friendship and cooperation with many more Masters.
Today
He had officially achieved the 7th Dan in Karate Goju. He is also Hanshi 9th Dan in JuJitsu Yoshitsune Ryu obtained from World Head of Family Sokeship Council in the 1996, but he adopted this grade only after Soke Mike De Pasquale Sr. death in the 2006.
He guides and coordinates IKJKA as association occuped in international relashionship of federations and organizations over the world in order to organize championships, activities for professional and amateur, in formation and tune up of athlete intructors and Master for stage, campus and more.
From most important Police, Military and Sport Organizations he obtained several prizes for his great passion and continuous promotion worldwide of martial arts.
Nato nel 1954, personaggio di certo poco conosciuto dai più giovani praticanti di Arti Marziali, ma ben noto a tutti coloro che hanno vissuto con lui i momenti che hanno rivoluzionato il mondo del karate agonistico e della grande riscoperta del JuJitsu dagli anni '70-'80 fino ai primi '90. Essi sanno bene cosa significhi per questa persona il duro lavoro finalizzato alla ricerca della perfezione.
Inizia la propria conoscenza della arti marziali alla fine degli anni '60 sotto la direzione tecnica del M. Gianni Rossato, questi sarà per lui come un padre per oltre 16 anni di pratica del Karate stile Goju America poi Goju Italia e nel JuJitsu. A seguito del M. Peter Urban 10 Dan Fondatore del Goju USA.
Facendo parte della rosa agonistica di quei tempi, trascorre molti anni sui tatami di tutta Italia e di mezza Europa. L’esperienza e la costante ricerca del conoscere lo portano, per problemi di carattere personale, a dividersi dal suo Maestro.
Nel 1986 dopo aver ricevuto l’incarico di coordinatore per il settore operativo alla Military Police della sede Setaf Americana in Vicenza, intraprende la carriera di docente e delegato rappresentante ai vertici in campo internazionale di alcune tra le più rinomate Organizzazioni nel settore della Arti Marziali e nella Cooperazione tra le Polizie.
Dopo aver operato per la costituzione e la creazione di più federazioni in Italia, decide di sviluppare la propria conoscenza praticando di continente in continente, operando con umiltà nei dojo di Maestri che hanno rappresentato per lui il vero cambiamento nella costante e profonda ricerca del sapere.
